Happy Scrappy Overflow - Sew-along

Foundation Paper Piecing stars

 This block is the first in a series for the Jane A Stickle quilt.  It features the traditional 8 point star and has links to the other Dear Jane blocks from a blog by Susan Gatewood.  There is no reason that the pattern could not be used in isolation to make your own star project.

Starry Path Block

 How to draft your own FPP pattern to make this block the size that you want. No need for expensive specialty rulers.

This example finishes at 8 inches and can use jelly roll scraps for the star points.
