Arkansas Traveller/Autumn Puzzle

A four patch block which can easily be made using jelly roll strips and the snowball method of adding triangles,  If using precuts this would give a 12" block finished size.

To draft your own you need to start with a 2 x 2 grid, but to make your life easier choose a size where the single grid square can be divided into 3.

Divide the top left square and bottom right square into three vertically.

Add the diagonal lines at the top and bottom of each of outer strips of these triple bars. the lines should be at 45 degrees to the uprights and finish one third of the way down (or up) the strip.

Now divide the other two large squares into thirds horizontally
Add the diagonals at each end of the outer two of these triple bars, again at 45 degrees to the horizontals and finishing a third of the way into the side of the middle bar.
